Role Title: Manager of Corporate Finance

FLSA Category: Exempt

Role Location: New York, NY

This position is hybrid. Only candidates in the stated location will be considered.

Reporting Relationships:

This position reports to the VP of Corporate Finance.

Role Summary and Responsibilities:

Support the VP, CFO, and broader executive leadership team in all areas of finance (FP&A, capital markets, strategic projects, etc.).

Key Responsibilities / Essential Functions:

  • Produce detailed financial models to support strategic projects and performance analytics.
  • Participate in the development of long-term financial and overall business strategies.
  • Produce comprehensive monthly management reporting and analysis that creates a clear view of periodic performance in support of financial goals.
  • Develop annual financial plan and budget, including the preparation, review, and implementation of the budget.
  • Prepare regular financial forecasts and update financial plans based on actual performance.
  • Support delivery of accurate, timely, and actionable financial reporting and key business metrics to investors, portfolio companies, department leadership, corporate teams, and other groups as necessary.
  • Support month-end closing, and external reporting processes as needed.
  • Collaborate with portfolio companies, functional departments, and business leaders across the company to build and/or enhance reporting and analytical needs as necessary.
  • Participate in and/or lead special projects.
Non-Essential Functions:
  • Other duties, as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 4 years' work experience in strategic corporate finance, FP&A, investment banking or consulting.
  • BA/BS or equivalent.
  • Experience in managed care and or provider financials (clinical operations including RCM and practice unit economics) strongly preferred.
  • MBA is a plus.
  • Creative and solutions-oriented with experience working at an upstart organization is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and business acumen with an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Strong written communication and storytelling skills.
  • Mastery of Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with SQL and database management is a plus.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Project and time management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and within short time constraints in a fluid business environment.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills; proactive with a high sense of urgency.
Physical Requirements:
  • Mainly sedentary.
  • Sitting at the desk most of the day.
  • Standing or walking less than two hours per day.
  • Lifting no more than ten pounds on rare occasions.
  • Must be able to work at a computer and answer phone calls on a regular basis.

The Salary range for this position is

$118K/yr - $156K/yr

Compensation is based on the level and requirements of the role.

Salary within our ranges may also be determined by your education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and location, as required by the role, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
