Key Responsibilities:Patient Interaction:
Greet patients warmly and create a comfortable, trusting environment.Phlebotomy:
Draw blood samples skillfully and accurately, following established procedures.Specimen Preparation:
Prepare specimens for lab testing, ensuring quality and compliance.Data Entry:
Accurately input patient information and lab results into electronic systems.Customer Service:
Provide excellent customer service, addressing patient questions and concerns.Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalentMedical assistant or paramedic training preferredPhlebotomy certification preferred (Required in California, Nevada, and Washington)Minimum of 6 months experience in a healthcare settingOne(+) years of phlebotomy experience preferredStrong customer service skillsProficiency in pediatric and geriatric blood drawsAbility to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environmentExcellent data entry skillsBenefits:
