Job Schedule: October 21, October 30, October 31. 7am-4pmJob Type: Per Diem, 1099 contractPay rate: $130/hr onsite patient care hours, $100/hr telemedicine lab review hours.Full DescriptionVitalCheck Wellness is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to provide general wellness checkups and OSHA respirator clearance on site at a private business in Philadelphia, PA. Please do not apply if not available on clinic dates.Responsibilities:Provide general wellness checkups.Conduct OSHA respirator clearance and respirator fit testing. Consult with patients to understand their health concerns.Perform blood draws for patients.Advise/refer patients for follow-up care.Provide telemedicine services for lab review follow-ups.Requirements:Valid and clean license to work in PA.Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)/ (FNP-C)/ (FNP-BC)/ Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (ACNP) certified.Background in internal medicine, family practice, urgent care, or emergency room.Experience with OSHA respirator clearance and respirator fit testing strongly preferred.
