Job Schedule: October 15th, October 17th; (5am- 2pm).Job Type: Per Diem, 1099 contractPay rate: $130/hr onsite patient care hours, $100/hr telemedicine lab review hours.Full DescriptionVitalCheck Wellness is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to provide general wellness checkups on site at a private business in Shepherdsville, KY. Our office arranges the patient appointments and does the administrative work, giving you the time and luxury to provide clinical one-on-one patient care. Usually no more than 20 patients per day.PLEASE NOTE THE LOCATION FOR THIS POSITION IS Shepherdsville, KY AND YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO TRAVEL THERE.Please do not apply if not available on clinic dates.Responsibilities:Provide general wellness checkups.Consult with patients to understand their health concerns.Perform blood draws for patients.Advise/refer patients for follow-up care.Provide telemedicine services for lab review follow-ups.Requirements:Valid and clean license to work in KY.Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)/ (FNP-C)/ (FNP-BC)/ Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (ACNP) certified.Background in internal medicine, family practice, urgent care, or emergency room.Must be able to perform phlebotomy.Must be proficient with computers, customer service-oriented, and able to work independently.Must have a collaborating MD to cover this job.Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including booster shot).Must be able to commute to Shepherdsville, KY.Bilingual Spanish strongly preferred.(Please check your spam inbox for communicationsAbout VitalCheck WellnessVitalCheck Wellness is a fast-growing healthcare company with presence in the United States, Asia and Europe.
