Salesforce Business Analyst

Description:We are seeking a Salesforce Business Analyst with a Salesforce certification. The ideal candidate will have: Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to work in a cross-functional team environment.Customer Focus: Ability to probe customer needs and translate requirements into system specifications.Experience: 8-10 years of business analyst experience.Business Acumen: In-depth knowledge of business processes and CRM best practices.Salesforce Experience: 1 year of operational experience with Salesforce.com is preferred; Salesforce.com administrator certification is a strong plus.Education: Bachelor's degree in business or information systems preferred.ResponsibilitiesManage the collection and implementation of business process requirements for Salesforce.com.Collaborate with various business groups, IT, and end users to document and communicate business processes.Create requirements for enhancing visual layouts, workflow rules, and business logic to improve user experience.Work with development teams to implement and integrate third-party products and applications on the Salesforce platform.Collaborate with IT and vendors to ensure smooth operation and performance of the platform.Coordinate and lead user acceptance testing with business units and end users.Maintain key system metrics to track trends in usage, adoption, and data integrity.Train end users and prepare documentation, including training materials, process flows, use cases, and functional design.Perform system administration functions for the Salesforce CRM application, including managing contacts, accounts, opportunities, dashboards, and reports.Create and execute queries and reports; maintain user roles, security, and profiles.Skills:Strong skills in Salesforce business and functional analysis.
