See more details below!Position SummaryJob Overview:We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development and Operations Manager to lead our efforts in expanding our presence in the Australian market. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the casino industry in Australia, with a proven track record of developing strategic partnerships and driving growth.Key Responsibilities:Market Development:Identify and evaluate business opportunities in the Australian market and develop and implement market penetration strategies to increase SciPlay's market share and user base.Initiate and develop local content for our games by working closely with the game teams to ensure cultural relevance and appeal to the Australian audience.Partnerships and Alliances:Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with local suppliers, casinos, media channels, and other relevant stakeholders.Negotiate and manage contracts with partners to ensure mutually beneficial relationships.Operational Management:Oversee day-to-day operations related to the Australian market, ensuring smooth execution of business plans.Coordinate with cross-functional teams across different time zones to align operations with business goals.Marketing and Promotion:Develop and execute marketing campaigns to drive new users and leverage marketing opportunities to drive user acquisition and retention.Revenue Growth:Identify and pursue opportunities to increase revenue through new business models, product offerings, and partnerships.Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and user behaviors to inform strategic decisions.Compliance and Regulation:Ensure all business activities comply with local laws and regulations in the Australian gambling industry.Stay updated on regulatory changes and adjust strategies accordingly.Qualifications:Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, operations, or a related role within the Casino industry in Australia.Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.Proven track record of developing and managing strategic partnerships.Strong understanding and deep knowledge of the Australian gambling market, including regulatory requirements.Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a global team.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Experience in initiating and developing local content for games.Willingness to travel as required.
