Firebird AST is seeking an onsite TS/SCI with CI Poly cleared mid-level Counterterrorism/Insurgency Analyst (Watchlisting Reviewer) to support a U.S. Government client. This is for a pending contract. Contract award is anticipated early 2025.RESPONSIBILITIES

Perform all-source intelligence analysis of DoD datasets to identify and nominate known or suspected terrorists into the National Terrorist Watch listing system.Develop DoD recommendations for the no-fly, selectee, or other national terrorist watch lists as appropriate, to fulfill the DoD component of Homeland Security Presidential Directives (HSPDs) 6 and 11 and reviews DoD datasets for identifying information of Known or Suspected Terrorists; identify, prioritize, and record information from DoD datasets as specified by the Government. Produce analytic reports using DIA’s Watchlisting Data Organizer (WATCHDOG) and/or other internal DIA production tools. Prepare reports for dissemination by methods specified by the Government.Provide final review of submitted TINs to ensure accuracy, validity, comprehensibility, completeness, and containment of proper grammar, punctuation, spelling, and classification, in compliance with ODNI and DIA standards as well as national Watchlisting guidance.REQUIRED

Active DoD TS/SCI clearance with CI Poly.Specialized training and bachelor’s degree with 10 years of experience, or 14 years’ experience in lieu of degree.All-Source Analysis experience.An in-depth understanding of the intelligence cycle.Experience with ODNI’s analytic tradecraft guidance and experience writing to Intelligence Community Directives (ICD’s), specifically ICDs 203, 205, 206, and 208.Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal oversight and direction.Demonstrated ability to integrate as part of an analytical team, collaborate, and conduct coordination with national-level IC partners.Ability to communicate effectively with senior military and civilian government officials, managers, and co-workers.Experience using the following tools: NGT, TAC, RMT, CRATE, and CHROME.PREFERRED

Master’s Degree.PACE.ODNI’s Intelligence Fundamentals Professional Qualification (IFPC).Knowledge of USCENTCOM and DIA product lines.Deployment experience in the USCENTCOM.KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ATTRIBUTES

Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical journals, reports, policy, legal documents, etc.Ability to prepare reports and presentations to company management and customer(s).Demonstrated leadership ability, strategic and innovative thinker, and passion for the mission.Ability to identify and solve problems.Excellent organization and time management skills.EDUCATION

Bachelor’s degree in any field.CLEARANCE

Active DoD Top Secret/SCI with CI Polygraph.
