Workforce Contract Compliance Specialist

Experience Required:

5 years' Program Compliance Specialist experience.

Key Requirements:

5 years' working experience related to Workforce contract compliance requirements, data collection, and document generation.

Computer skills including word processing, spreadsheet, project scheduling tools, desktop publishing, and database applications.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, MS Outlook, and data entry.

Experience with Contract Management related to Diversity & Inclusion.

Familiarity with B2Gnow Small Business Enterprise (SBE) system.

Knowledge of Labor Compliance Program.

Responsibilities:

Develop and deliver customer reports, maintaining organized databases of information and formatting presentable reports within specific timeframes.

Maintain CMMS database including equipment history, status, work order management, and preventative maintenance scheduling.

Provide contract booking documents such as subcontracts, POs, invoice collection and tracking, and other finance-related matters.

Provide administrative support to the management team for assigned sites, including simple account balancing and reconciliation.

Act as the first line of communication to customers, building occupants, and project companies.

Respond promptly to telephone calls, emails, and electronically generated work orders.

Post information to records and databases and assist in maintaining organized document storage databases.

Conduct research, problem-solving, and provide insights into increasing business processes and efficiencies.

Maintain a professionally managed office environment, responsible for product ordering and inventory.

Attend and document meetings during all project phases at various sites.

Perform other duties necessary to provide general administrative support to the O&M team.

Maintain the B2Gnow Small Business Enterprise (SBE) system.

Monitor, audit, and enforce the Labor Compliance Program in accordance with DIR accepted practices.

Maintain the Certified Payroll system, LCPtracker.
