We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst and Tester for a contract position with one of our prestigious clients in the financial and wealth management sector. The client is a financial planning-focused wealth advisory firm with approximately $20 Billion in Assets Under Management and 350 employees.Job DescriptionEvinex is looking for an experienced Business Analyst with expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud and Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Pardot) as well as in Salesforce Financial Services Cloud for a pivotal role in a financial and wealth management project. The role demands an individual with a strong understanding of Salesforce implementation, particularly in wealth management, and the ability to use Salesforce for effective marketing strategy development. Additionally, the candidate should be proficient in Compliance Shield to ensure regulatory compliance within the project’s scope.The Business Solutions Analyst (BSA) & Tester will work closely with business stakeholders, business SMEs, and technology SMEs to develop comprehensive and accurate business requirements work products for the approved scope of requirements for projects. The BSA translates business needs into comprehensive, accurate business requirements that fully define the scope of assigned projects and ensures the integrity of their implementation by supporting development teams, quality testing, and training. The BSA will lead current state technical process documentation, future state technical process definition, technical requirements gathering, analysis, solution design, and provide input to development teams and testing teams. Salesforce Sales Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Pardot, Salesforce Financial Services Cloud, Compliance Shield, or Salesforce and testing experience is required. Project management experience is a plus.Responsibilities and DutiesAnalyze and document requirements for Salesforce Sales Cloud & Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementation in wealth management.Lead testing efforts, including user acceptance testing, and ensure all requirements are met.Must be able to perform hands-on testing of Salesforce systems for the users.Work closely with cross-functional project teams as well as business stakeholders, business and technology SMEs to develop comprehensive and accurate business requirements work products, including estimation of BSA efforts, for the approved scope of requirements for projects.Schedule, lead and conduct requirements gathering and documentation working sessions with stakeholders and SMEs.Accurately understand and analyze stakeholder and SME requirements, then produce high quality business requirements work products, including process workflows, business requirements documents, user stories, use cases, etc.Ensure requirements are discrete and testable enabling a closed-loop QA process where each test case can trace back to each requirement.Accurately communicate requirements to cross-functional project teams, including engineering development, testing, training, and communication teams, as well as other business and IT stakeholders.Support, and lead as needed, associated testing and issues troubleshooting triage/fix/retest remediation efforts.Design and Execute Test Plans: Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases based on product requirements and technical specifications.Identify and Document Bugs: Conduct thorough testing to identify any bugs or issues. Document these findings in a clear and concise manner for the development team.Perform Various Types of Testing: Conduct different types of testing such as functional, regression, performance, and usability testing to ensure the software meets all requirements.Report Bugs and Issues: Log defects in the tracking system and track their resolution status.Maintain Documentation: Keep test documentation up to date, including test cases, test plans, and bug reports.Knowledge / Skills / Abilities RequiredSalesforce Marketing Cloud & Pardot: This skill is crucial as the project demands specific knowledge in Salesforce's Marketing Cloud, particularly for Wealth Management.Salesforce Sales Cloud Proficiency: Proficiency in Salesforce Sales Cloud is imperative for this Business Systems Analyst (BSA) role.Knowledge of Salesforce Financial Services Cloud: Experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud is a huge plus.Compliance Shield Knowledge: The Business Analyst must be knowledgeable about Compliance Shield.Other skills:Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Testing and quality assurance skills.Advanced communication management skills for effective collaboration and stakeholder engagement.Technical writing and documentation proficiency.Risk management in testing and development.Change management and adaptability.Ability to remain organized, pay strict attention to detail, and meet critical deadlines within a high volume, fast-paced environment.Experience with project and requirements management ticket-based work request or issue tracking software such as Azure DevOps or Jira.Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio.Education / Professional Experience15 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst.10 years of experience in the financial and wealth management sectors.5 years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Pardot.5 years of experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud.5 years of experience in Salesforce Financial Services Cloud.5 years of experience in conducting test planning and user acceptance testing.3 years of experience in Compliance Shield.Skilled in creating and maintaining technical documentation and SOPs.Licenses / CertificationsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, or related field.Certified in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Pardot) or at least 7+ years of hands-on experience in wealth management implementation.Certified in Salesforce Sales Cloud or at least 7+ years of hands-on experience in wealth management implementation.Certified in Salesforce Financial Services Cloud or at least 7+ years of hands-on experience in wealth management implementation.Additional InformationApplicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
