This Product Manager will have ownership for share growth, margin expansion, and cash generation for parts and accessories sold through our Dealer channel. Hybrid

work schedule, with work performed onsite 3 days each week.Responsibilities:Manage service part and accessory product categories throughout product life cycle, with full responsibility for pricing, forecasting, marketing, and end of product life.Identify market opportunities and prioritize product and customer requirements for new product development, quality improvement, and cost management initiatives.Define the product category strategy and work cross-functionally to deliver winning products.Develop and leverage financial analytics to deliver profitable growth.Work closely with vendors/suppliers to identify new opportunities, source innovative new product and/or line extensions, and be an expert in the competitive landscape.Build collaborative relationships – can establish and maintain effective relationships with a wide variety of stakeholders, across business units, with key cross-functional partners, and with customers. Seeks to understand and anticipate the needs of others, practicing attentive and active listening.Analytics – comfortable with analyzing, interpreting, and organizing data, as well as turning data into story.Business acumen – understands how business functions, is aware of how strategies and tactics work in the marketplace.Drive for results - willing to roll up sleeves to get things done.Comfort with ambiguity/complexity – can shift gears comfortably, can handle risk, uncertainty, and change in direction.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or other technical related degree.Master's degree preferred but not required.A minimum of 4 years of product management or other relevant experience.Ability to travel up to 15%.Must have a strong technical aptitude and the ability to work across different functions, regions, and internal stakeholders.Strong financial acumen is required.Excellent organization skills and flexibility to handle a variety of time-sensitive tasks and projects.Demonstrated ability to provide effective support on a broad range of activities requiring attention to detail.Solid analytical and communication skills.Be able to perform effectively as a team member and be able to work independently in the pursuit of company objectives.Knowledge of the transport refrigeration business, trucking industry and technical knowledge preferred.Compensation:Base salary for this position is $100,000 - $140,000.We offer competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits and programs.
