Our focus on delivering the highest quality products with family-like customer service sets us apart from the rest of the competition.DESCRIPTIONThe Canvassing Manager is responsible for managing the canvassing team’s performance in their efforts to generate interest and set appointments with homeowners in their local market. The Canvassing Manager will be responsible for driving MLM’s vision, culture, and goals daily. The ideal candidate will lead by example and must be comfortable with both positive and negative performance management.The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of canvassing/field marketing experience and 2+ years of management experience. Industry experience is beneficial, but not required.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESOverseeing local and regional field marketing initiatives and activitiesLeading daily meetings to inform and motivate your teamPlanning and directing the hiring and training of new canvassing representativesTracking and analyzing sales/marketing statistics based on key quantitative metricsLead by example in both performance and behaviors that are aligned with MLM’s standardsManage the team on a daily basis using multiple techniques:

Weekly one-on-ones with each member of your teamRide-alongs and shadowing in the fieldAcknowledgement and recognitionOn-the-spot coaching

Must have the ability to lift, pull and push up to 100 pounds.POSITION TYPE AND EXPECTED HOURS OF WORKThis is a full-time position. Code red and other business hours will apply as needed.Off Peak Schedule:November 1st - March 14th - Monday - Friday, 10am-6pm EST and two (2) Saturdays per month, 9am - 2pm ESTPeak Schedule:March 15th - October 31st - Monday - Friday, 11am - 7:30pm EST and two (2) Saturdays per month, 9am - 2pm ESTTRAVELThis position requires extensive travel within their territory and/or to and from other MLM offices.
