Water/Wastewater Project Manager

Their collaborative approach and commitment to excellence ensure solutions clients trust.As a 100% employee-owned firm, our client fosters an ownership mindset that enhances a collaborative culture and ability to deliver client solutions.Join in making a meaningful impact on water management and infrastructure development.They are seeking a Water/Wastewater Project Manager to join their growing Atlanta team.Key Responsibilities:Project Leadership: Direct projects from inception through successful execution, focusing on advanced water and wastewater treatment systems, pump stations, CSOs, and other vital water resource endeavors.Technical Expertise: Deliver precise engineering calculations, alternative analyses, and innovative wet weather control strategies.Cost Management: Formulate and evaluate precise engineering and design cost estimates.Budget Oversight: Maintain financial discipline, ensuring adherence to budgetary goals.Cost Control: Monitor project expenditures closely, advocating for efficient budget management.Proposal Support: Collaborate on proposals, marketing initiatives, project reports, and technical presentations.Client Engagement: Cultivate strong client relationships, attending and leading project meetings with professionalism.Professional Development: Participate in various professional gatherings, seminars, and training sessions to enhance expertise.Professional Requirements:Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering required (Master's Degree preferred).Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in the municipal infrastructure space.Existing relationships in the Georgia water space is desirable.Experience with working alongside clients and ensuring their needs are met.Professional Engineer (PE) registration in Georgia is mandatory.Benefits:2/3 days work from home standard policy and open to full REMOTE schedulesWork with the best clients in Metro Atlanta and work alongside leaders in the industry5-10% base salary as end of year bonus6% 401K MatchEmployee ownership program from DAY 1 - paid out every year ($3k -$10k)
