eCommerce Product Specialist Overview:

Pawn USA Gold & Jewelry Exchange has effectively sold on eBay for over 15 years. We are now expanding our eBay team and launching an e-commerce platform of our own. We are seeking a detail-oriented eCommerce Product Specialist to join and manage our team! The ideal candidate should be experienced in multi-channel e-commerce merchandising platforms such as Amazon, eBay, Walmart, New Egg, etc., or have managed an e-commerce platform for an independent business. They should have experience with marketing online items and be very organized and dependable.

The eCommerce Manager/Product Specialist is responsible for maintaining and monitoring account health and customer feedback as well as supporting product listing efforts. The ideal candidate has a strong drive for results and has demonstrated experience in driving eCommerce business and accountability through various marketplace channels. We are looking for someone who is proactive and computer savvy, as well as motivated by exceeding budgets and earning additional commissions and bonuses when they succeed!

The work week consists of 5 days a week, 8 hours a day (40 work hours), and it is mandatory to be in the shop. This is NOT a satellite or virtual job, so if you cannot have reliable transportation and be at the shop working 5 days a week, please do not apply!

Pawn USA has been a successful local business for over 33 years, with an immense and ever-changing inventory. Some of the items that are fun to list online include authentic designer purses and shoes, collectible sneakers, electronics, computers, tools, collectibles, coins, currency, and a ton of jewelry! There is always something new to list, sell, and promote!

We are offering a salary of $1200/week for this management position, as well as a generous commission plan based on net sales. We do offer health, dental, and vision insurance after the first 6 months, a 401K plan, and earned PTO. We also offer contests and bonuses based on production in a comfortable, casual atmosphere. We pay weekly (on Fridays) and are looking for people who want more than just a "job" - they want a career!

Responsibilities:

Build product listings, content, images, pricing, inventory, marketing, and advertising campaigns on various marketplaces, mainly eBay and our own website (but open to other channels).

Map out business rules for different multi-channels.

Listing description & content writing according to marketplace eligibility.

Effectively maintain and administer a variety of marketplaces.

Inventory control and price management.

Listing quality checks and enhancements.

Catalog and categorize items accurately.

Optimize product detail pages for maximum conversion.

Monitor and manage inventory levels, forecasting, and replenishment.

Report on performance to owners/upper management.

Provide insights on customer shopping trends to support assortment selection and identify assortment gaps.

Maintain and monitor account health and customer feedback to achieve high seller ranking.

Manage 1-3 other employees who solely list on eBay daily.

Additional duties as assigned.

Experience & Requirements:

Must reside in the DMV area - this is NOT a remote job; you must come into the shop to do this job.

Minimum of 1-2 years selling on eBay on your own OR hands-on eCommerce experience using multichannel integrator software such as Channel Advisor, Sellercloud, Linnworks, Feedonomics, Zentail, Sellerbrite.

Microsoft Office, Outlook, and advanced Excel knowledge preferred.

The ability to multi-task, prioritize, and successfully meet several deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.

Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Demonstrated quick learner, analytical, organized, and detail-oriented.

Retail eCommerce platforms experience welcomed.
