Manages and is responsible for the successful completion of all tasks in Statement of Work (SOW)Full support for Smartsheet FEDRAMP Gov so that the tool can be deployed within HRSA. Responsible for providing inputs/edits on all required Enterprise Lifecycle (EPLC) and Authorization to Operate (ATO) documentation, included (but not limited to):EPLC Project Baseline Review (i.e. Project Charter, Project Mgmt Plan, etc.)Work with team to submit Authorization to Operate (ATO) package documentation, including (but not limited to) Privacy Impact Analysis and Security Categorization (FIPS 199)Prepare schedules, deliverables, and reports as scheduledServe as primary point of contact for all requirementsLead weekly standup and ad-hoc meetings with internal/external stakeholdersRespond to inquiries/requests from all stakeholders and customers within agreed upon Service Levels within 24x7x365 environmentWorks and coordinates with project team to resolve challengesWhat You’ll Need To Succeed:

BS/BA Degree and 5 plus years’ relative experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience5+ years of project management experience with proven past success in similar role / working knowledge (or past development) of Smartsheet SoftwareDemonstrated experience managing and ensuring the successful completion of multiple technical tasks in assigned program(s)Demonstrated ability to recruit, hire, manage, supervise, train, schedule, coordinate, and evaluate staff as assignedAbility to obtain HHS Public Trust clearance is requiredDesired Experience:

Smartsheet development experiencePrevious HHS experience with EPLC and ATO knowledgePMP CertificationExcellent verbal/written communication skills and problem solvingLocation:

This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.Scheduled Weekly Hours:
