Overview

One of America's largest retailers is seeking a growth-oriented Membership Services Supervisor to join their premier in-house Center team. As a vital part of their team, you will play a pivotal role in handling inbound calls related to membership service and sales. Be a part of a nationwide contact center focused on customer service and sales initiatives!

Responsibilities

Interview and hire agents, fostering a high-energy and motivated team.

Oversee and lead a team of agents, providing guidance, coaching, and motivation.

Recommend performance management steps to help agents achieve identified metrics and targets.

Collaborate with Team Leads for continuous team growth.

Demonstrate excellent service and selling skills through customer calls.

Support agents through goal awareness, answering questions, handling escalated calls, and ensuring team focus on queued calls.

Qualifications & Skills

3 years of experience in management (Required)

5 years of experience in a call center environment (Required)

Location : Bowling Green, Kentucky

Job Type : Full-time

Pay : $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year + commission
