Implement
Lean Manufacturing
strategies, focusing on
continuous improvement

Build and lead high-performing teams, fostering a culture of problem-solving, collaboration, and innovation.
Utilize
problem-solving tools
(5-Why, A3) to identify and resolve production challenges.
Manage shop floor operations with a focus on planning, scheduling, and achieving production goals.
Ensure financial and business objectives are met, while maintaining quality and safety standards.

What We’re Looking For:
Minimum

Experience in
team building , shop floor scheduling, and problem-solving in a
job shop environment .
Financial acumen and a strategic mindset to manage operational goals.
