This position supervises a group of in-person and remote application evaluators and customer service professionals who are thoughtful and dedicated, espousing a strong sense of responsibility to the students and institution we serve.We seek a leader with experience in admissions, enrollment management, and/or student services who enjoys supporting highly-engaged staff, overseeing major processes, and navigating complex and sometimes competing objectives. The Assistant Director for Graduate Admissions Operations reports to the Senior Associate Director for Admissions Operations and works closely with a wide swath of university partners to meet shared goals.Ideal candidates are patient, strategic, collaborative, confident, and flexible.
