This position also includes 5-10% travel to trade shows and client businesses, with 1 week of onsite training per year.A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN HCM BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT / MAJOR ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVEAs an HCM Business Development / Major Accounts Executive, you're responsible for overseeing and executing all aspects of the sales cycle. This includes self-generating leads, qualifying prospects, identifying client needs, closing sales, and ensuring a smooth transition from the proposal process to successful onboarding and integration. You aggressively seek out opportunities to develop new leads and schedule initial appointments to present our services to business owners in person.Additionally, you close sales and transition new clients to onboarding. You then conduct follow-up with new clients to ensure they're satisfied with our services and see if they have any questions or concerns.
