ProSidian services focus on the broad spectrum of Enterprise Service Solutions for Risk Management, Compliance, Business Process, IT Effectiveness, Engineering, Environmental, Sustainability, and Human Capital.ProSidian seeks a Digital Training Facility Manager [DTFM] to support an engagement for a training directorate of the USG that supports training and readiness of active and reserve military personnel through planning, facilitating, managing, recording, and assessing training OBO The Training Management Directorate (TMD). This DoD/Military Sector Role is a W-2 Employee Labor Category Position located at or near Sacramento, CA - CONUS.The Digital Training Facility Manager [DTFM] regularly interfaces with various stakeholder personnel, the Section, squad, or platoon leadership, and the Technology Resources Directorate(s) to ensure the Digital Training Facility (DTF) at the assigned installation offers a consistent high level of systems access and instruction tools/facilities/assets.Responsibilities include the following:Supports oversight of student scheduling, supervision, and training.Coordinating facility maintenance and interacting with Enterprise Management System (EMS) Technicians.Adherence with EMS direction to replace monitors, desktop computers, and servers as well as verify operation of hardware and software in the DTFs.Maintenance of facility security, operating equipment, and assisting students in using assets provided in DTFs.Monitoring and reporting the condition and inventory of IT hardware and furniture at their site locations.Scheduling the use of their respective DTFs and providing hands-on assistance to the Product Manager (PdM) Army Training Information System (ATIS) and EMS staff.Experience:5 years of management experience within the realm of IT support and/or management (Required).Education Requirement:Bachelor degree (preferably in computer science, information systems, information technology, computer engineering, or related).U.S. Citizenship Required.Excellent oral and written communication skills.Proficient with Microsoft Office Products.Must be able to submit to and qualify for varying levels of background investigative requirements, up to a Top Secret or "Q" clearance.CORE COMPETENCIESTeamwork:
