ProSidian services focus on the broad spectrum of Risk Management, Compliance, Business Process, IT Effectiveness, Energy & Sustainability, and Talent Management.ProSidian seeks a Digital Training Facility Manager [DTFM] to support an engagement for a training directorate of the USG that supports training and readiness of active and reserve military personnel through planning, facilitating, managing, recording, and assessing training OBO The Training Management Directorate (TMD). This DoD/Military Sector Role is a W-2 Employee Labor Category Position located at or near Fort Belvoir, VA - CONUS | AC/RC: AC | ACOM: IMCOM.A Digital Training Facility (DTF) is a computer lab located on Army installations and Reserve sites worldwide. The DTFM provides management and oversight for the assigned DTF, ensuring units can conduct training that improves individual and unit readiness.Responsibilities include the following:Supports oversight of student scheduling, supervision, and training.Coordinating facility maintenance and interacting with Enterprise Management System (EMS) Technicians.Adherence with EMS direction to replace monitors, desktop computers, and servers as well as verify operation of hardware and software in the DTFs.Maintenance of facility security and operating equipment.Monitoring and reporting the condition and inventory of IT hardware, desks, chairs, and other furniture at their site locations.Partners with other appropriate entities to create secure lab environments.Provides appropriate metrics and reports to designated Management, Section Leadership, and Stakeholder Staff.Provides server and application support and maintenance.Scheduling training in DTFs in coordination with Soldiers and the Distributed Learning Point of Contact (DL-POC).Experience:5 years of management experience within the realm of IT support and/or management (Required).The ability to analyze and evaluate trainees to summarize, forecast, and identify requirements.The ability to communicate orally and in writing to prepare a variety of clear, concise reports and presentations.Education Requirement:Bachelor degree (preferably in computer science, information systems, information technology, or related field).Further competencies required:U.S. Citizenship Required - You must be a United States Citizen with a valid US Passport for potential travel.Excellent oral and written communication skills.Proficient with Microsoft Office Products.All ProSidian staff must be determined eligible for a “Facility Access Authorization” by the USG’s designated Security Office.*May be required to complete a Financial Disclosure Statement.Given the nature of this requirement, all personnel are expected to hold a Secret Security Clearance National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI).Additional knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSA's)Skills:Familiarity with emerging technologies.Strong computer hardware and software skills.Analytical and problem-solving skills.CORE COMPETENCIESTeamwork –
