Assistant Dean of AdmissionsGeneral Summary:

As a member of the Admissions Department, this dynamic and personable individual will assist in the planning, development and implementation of the college-wide recruitment and admissions programs. With a commitment to access and student success, this creative individual will also actively contribute to the growth, development and activities of the department.Duties and Responsibilities:Assist in the development and implementation of targeted recruitment activities for prospective students, with a focus on dual enrollment, health program applicants, adult learners and other special populations.Collaborate with admissions team on the college-wide recruitment plan and department-wide events, such as seasonal Open Houses.Lead K-12 recruitment initiatives and activities, such as application days, at assigned feeder high schools and community organizations.Recruit prospective students by representing the college at primary, secondary and alternative schools, college nights, career fairs, businesses, community events, etc. both on and off-campus. This will include leading presentations and conducting campus tours.Work collaboratively with a defined set of academic program coordinators to plan and implement targeted recruitment activities, programs or events for individual academic programs as well as for special populations.Review applications and outreach to applicants on missing or incomplete documents and requirements.Evaluate applications of prospective students for dual enrollment programs and related courses.Provide accurate and timely information regarding the enrollment process to prospective students, their families and the local community.Maintain data in Target X CRM/Salesforce regarding student meetings, events, and application information and use reporting functions for analysis of recruitment strategies and outreach to prospective students.Work as a part of the Enrollment Services team to provide excellent services to students including assistance with admission, course placement, advising, and registration.Perform other related duties as required.Requirements:Master's degree in Education, Counseling, Psychology or closely related field; with three (3) years' experience and/or training involving college admissions, academic advisement, career development, or program/project management; or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.Demonstrated effective presentation skills to a variety of audiences and group sizes.Strong time management skills with the ability to shift priorities and tasks as needed.Availability to work days, evenings & occasional weekends.Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license.Requires the ability to utilize a wide variety of reference, descriptive, advisory and/or design data and information.Experience with equity-minded work and/or understanding of individuals of diverse identities such as race, ethnicity, socioeconomic level, sexual orientation, veterans, and individuals with different academic preparation levels and varying physical and learning abilities.Preferred Qualifications:Bilingual skills a plus.Experience using a Student Information System (SIS), such as Ellucian Banner.Experience utilizing a CRM (such as Target X or Salesforce) to help track and outreach students through the recruitment and application stages.Additional Information:Salary Range:

$64,292 is the starting salary for a Grade 5 position with a Master's degree; actual salary commensurate with academic background and experience. 37.5 per week, schedule to be determined upon hire. This position will be eligible for a maximum of two days of telework in accordance with the College's telework policy.Expected Start Date:
