What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):Direct senior-level project management services on assigned client projects, ensuring superior client serviceDevelop and maintain project goals, schedules, budgets, and success criteria that meet both employer and client needsAct as the primary senior-level contact with clients throughout project duration and guide them through the design implementation processCoordinate due diligence efforts and manage vendor selection processes for contractor servicesOversee project performance against schedules and compliance with contractual requirements
What is Required (Qualifications):Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution, preferably in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management5-10 years of experience as a Project ManagerStrong working knowledge of architectural drawings and furniture and space planning conceptsProven ability to manage all aspects of construction projects, including budgeting and schedulingExtensive knowledge of MS Office applications and MS Project
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):Previous experience supervising, training, mentoring, and evaluating project managersDemonstrated ability to communicate analyzed data to clients and teams effectivelyRecognized leadership skills within the firm for area of specialization
