Contribute to client-facing Client Success (CS) processes, policies, playbooks, and values to integrate Cherre into clients' workflowDocument internal processes and create a scalable infrastructure for a superior client experienceManage key accounts and day-to-day relationships with platform users and data partnersLead collaborative engagements to maintain and enhance client relationshipsDeliver on clients' business outcomes, loyalty, and retention
What Is Required (Qualifications)
8+ years of real estate industry experience5+ years of client-facing experience and experience working with executivesStrong familiarity with commercial real estate systems and toolsProven experience managing successful business outcomesHighly organized with project management background
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience with project management tools such as Monday.com, G-suite, and JiraExperience in real estate data management and governance practicesKnowledge of agile scrum delivery methodologyExperience working closely with the Client Success team
