What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)Utilize SQL to evaluate data in the EDPS database and identify gaps in processingDocument and communicate deficiencies to other teams and customersConduct adhoc reporting and analysis to determine the source of system concernsAssist in quality reporting, analysis, and audits to support continuous quality improvementManage external client meetings and expectations
What Is Required (Qualifications)3+ years of direct client-facing experience/engagement2+ years of healthcare EDI experience on 837 claims submission and response processing2+ years of PL/SQL experience including querying2+ years of experience with process improvement, workflow, benchmarking, and evaluation of business processesRundeck and Talend experienceDeep expert knowledge of CMS regulationsData analysis and problem-solving skillsHighly polished communication skills with the ability to host client meetingsDemonstrated issue management and resolution skillsProven advanced leadership abilities to work across internal and external business partners
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)Bachelor's degree1+ years of UNIX experienceExposure to clinical healthcare coding terminologyMedicare Advantage risk adjustment experienceIntermediate level of proficiency with PC-based software programs and automated Database Management Systems (Excel, Access, PowerPoint)ITIL or AGILE business process experienceHealthcare payment systems experienceAbility to create test scenarios that match real-world situations to proactively ensure optimal production data processingSolid understanding of healthcare EDI business flow and ability to run SQL scripts for testingExcellent communication, time/project management, problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skillsWorking knowledge of relational databases and database structuresIndependent thinker and problem solver with an analytical mind
