What Is Required (Qualifications)
5+ years of experience in pharmacy benefit management or managed care5+ years of experience in product management and development role2+ years of experience with AccelerateExperience in fast-paced environments and leading cross-functional teamsProficiency in developing executive dashboards, presentations, and business cases
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience with strategic thinking and analyzing market dataStrong influencing and negotiating skillsAbility to communicate and present to senior leadershipKnowledge of Six Sigma and health equityProficiency in Microsoft Office suite and data analysis tools
