What You Will Do:Build strong relationships by proactively connecting with your assigned client base through phone calls, online meetings, and emails.Accountable for assigned churn mitigation and client renewal target numbersRepresent the voice of the customer within the organizationCreate and manage success plans for designated clientsAnalyze and present to client's key metrics to support product adoptionIdentify, track, and mitigate any risk that may result in a loss of a client relationshipPartner with Account Manager to identify client expansion opportunitiesPartner with Legal & Order Fulfilment team on payment or collection issuesCoordinate support and product teams when needed for escalations or account riskTrack and update all activities with each client in the CRMServe as an industry and product subject matter expertWhat Skills & Experience You Should Bring:Must have a minimum of 2 years in mission critical software as a solution client facing role such as Customer SuccessPrefer, but not required to have a minimum of 2 years in experience in construction project managementBA/BS requiredKnowledge of e-Builder or a similar PMIS application is preferredExperience working with complex, multi-divisional, enterprise organizationsSuperior verbal and written communication skillsAbility to understand and solve complicated problemsStrong sense of urgency with a solutions-oriented mindsetExperience working with cross-functional teams such as technical support, product, account management, and marketingWillingness to occasionally travel to visit clients
