Job Summary:
The C. Harper Auto Group is seeking a highly qualified and motivated Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager
to join our dynamic team. This position plays a critical role in ensuring that all automotive transactions are handled smoothly while providing exceptional service to our customers. The F&I Manager is responsible for securing financing options, presenting additional product offerings, and ensuring all deals comply with federal, state, and local regulations. We are looking for an individual who is self-driven, organized, and eager to advance their career with a reputable, family-owned business.

Responsibilities:
Provide expert guidance to customers to secure financing for vehicle purchases, ensuring all financial aspects of transactions are handled efficiently and professionally
Present customers with additional product offerings to enhance their ownership experience, including warranties and protection plans
Structure sales deals to maximize profitability while maintaining compliance with all federal, state, and local guidelines
Maintain required certifications and stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulations
Prepare and review all necessary documentation, including contracts, and oversee the signing and delivery process
Submit financial deals to lenders, ensure approval, and make credit decisions when necessary
Audit post-sale deals to identify areas for improvement and ensure accuracy
Expedite the funding of all contracts to ensure timely financial processing
Qualifications:
A strong desire for continuous improvement and professional growth
Familiarity with remote signing and vehicle delivery processes for offsite customers
Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience in the automotive industry
In-depth knowledge of dealership finance and insurance procedures, including lender requirements and financing structures
Expertise in deal structuring for optimal profitability
Proficiency in title laws, vehicle registration processes, and compliance with financial regulations
Strong negotiation and presentation skills with an ability to build rapport with customers
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Professional personal appearance and demeanor
Valid driver’s license required
