We have an immediate opening for a
Product Line Manager . The role will be based in our Hopkinton, MA location, supporting our air bearing, motion systems, and piezo product lines.
What You Will Do:
Formulate the product definition and development strategies for motion products designed and manufactured.
Formulate market research strategies and plans to help guide sales and marketing efforts to penetrate new accounts and markets.
Drive the growth of product sales and profitability in close cooperation with Sales, Marketing, Engineering, and Operations.
Collaborate closely with PI corporate product marketing and segment marketing teams to drive adoption of products worldwide.
Provide technical support to both internal and external customers.
Manage the launch of new products.
Coordinate and provide product trainings and technical sales trainings in conjunction with PI global sales teams.
Develop and maintain sales-supporting documents, such as product datasheets, application notes, blog articles, user guides, sales guides, playbooks, etc.
Maintain product pricelists, pricing models, and pricing guidelines.
Provide inside sales support for the product line. This includes responding to incoming sales inquiries, customer questions, product recommendations, lead time inquiries, etc.
What Have You Done:
BS in Engineering or Physical Sciences required, MS or MBA preferred.
Possess a minimum of 5 years relevant experience in the automation and/or motion control industries.
Additional Details:
This is a full-time, on-site position.
Up to 25% travel is expected.
US Citizen or Green Card required – evidence of permanent ability to live and work in the US is a requirement for this position.
