We have an immediate opening for a
Customer Support / Order Processing Specialist.
The role will be based in our
Auburn, MA
office. This is a full-time, on-site role.
What You Will Do:
Serve as the primary point of contact with PI's customers.
Process customer PO's and manage the order fulfillment process from order intake through delivery.
Interact with and coordinate activities between sales, operations, finance, and logistics.
Enter and manage all customer and order data in our company's ERP system.
What Have You Done:
Associates Degree required, Bachelors Degree preferred.
2-5 years of experience working in inside sales, customer service, or sales support.
Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Demonstrated proficiency using Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, and Windows.
Developed a strong teamwork ethic and a passion for customer service.
