Job Overview:We are seeking 2 highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Project Managers to join our team. As a Junior Project Manager, you will assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects to ensure successful completion. This is an excellent opportunity for someone to continue the development of their project management skills and gain valuable experience in a fast-paced environment. Carepool is ahead of the curve and we need innovative thinkers who can make decisions on the fly as we build the brand.Duties:
Assist in the development and maintenance of project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocationCoordinate project activities and ensure tasks are completed on time and within budgetConduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategiesFacilitate meetings with project stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates on project progressMonitor project progress and track key performance indicatorsAssist in the preparation of project documentation, including status reports, meeting minutes, and technical specificationsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordinationSupport the Project Manager in identifying process improvements and implementing best practicesExperience:
Previous experience in a project management role or relevant internship REQUIREDStrong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlinesKnowledge of project management methodologies and tools such as Redmine, Jira, and SmartsheetFamiliarity with risk management techniques and earned value management principlesExcellent written and verbal communication skills for technical writing and meeting facilitationProficient in budgeting and cost control techniquesBenefits:Learn directly from successful startup founders in our Denver office.
