As we continue growing into new areas and markets, our focus isto maintain a team of creative, ambitious, and visionary individuals.Job DescriptionThe Project Manager provides the planning, coordination, and direction forproject management activities to ensure they meet owner needs,specifications, cost, and schedule, from initial project identificationthrough construction closeout. May supervise office/field administrativestaff, project/field engineers, assistant project/constructionmanagers, and other assigned staff.Essential Duties & Responsibilities:Primary contact and liaison for owner and principle partner entities for thecontract, design, systems, procedures and related deliverablesDevelops project specific procedures and documentation, and may consult withOwner on design and construction contracts and related A/E systems for theprojectFunctional knowledge of contracts, drawings, estimates, andspecifications to ensure compliance with construction/project requirementsObtains, maintains, and manages data, information, communications,and approvals required by project and company requirements between owner,architects, engineers, and other project-related entitiesRepresents owner, project and related parties in public forums and meetingsManages project controls, cost, and performance activities andprocedures, project logistics, organization, systems and project closeoutLeads in project meetings to include documentation, administration, andtracking of relevant information and statusesMay coordinate, direct, and monitor activities of construction managementstaff, contractors, engineers, architects, and related performing entitiesManages bid phase services, as may be required by the clientPerforms other duties as requiredMinimum Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management,Architecture, or equivalent is requiredMinimum of 5 years of experience as a Project ManagerKnowledge and application of master planning, A/E solicitation, projectdevelopment, design-phase management, construction estimating, cost,project controls/scheduling, documentation, engineering/constructionprinciples, contracts and delivery methods are requiredStrong computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite products,and experience with project-related systems such as Prolog and Primavera arerequiredProficiency with various document control systems, as well as newconstruction and modernization is preferredRegistration as an Architect or Professional Engineer is preferredCertified Construction Manager preferredOffered rate of compensation will be based on a variety of non-discriminatoryfactors, including education, qualifications, experience, andgeographic location.
