The

QA Coordinator

assists the QA Manager/Director of Compliance in implementing and enforcing SOPs and cGMPs, identifying, reporting, and analyzing non-conformance trends. They will provide assistance in research analysis, synthesis, and experimentation on substances for product and process development, application, and improvement.

Responsibilities :Assists in reviewing the effectiveness of the Quality Management SystemsProvides and suggests improvement recommendations to the Quality Assurance ManagerAssists in training employees on cGMPs and the implementation of new/revised SOPs.Creates and revises SOPs for all departments company-wide.Ensures that SOPs and cGMPs are enforced correctly throughout all operations.Follows procedures, templates, and company guidelines to drive high quality products.Reports non-conformances to Supervisor/Manager.Assists in reviewing batch records and calculate yield accountability.Maintains electronic tracking of product retain samples and archive records.Prepares documentation and samples, as needed, for customer complaint investigations.Prepares and collects samples from production and packaging for Quality Control analysis.Maintains the Quality Assurance Department Training Matrix.Follows/adheres to the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s), Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP’s),Standard Safety Practices, and all company policies/procedures.Completes other projects and duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications :1-2 years of related experience; 1+ year(s) in an administrative role in the Pharmaceutical, Dietary, or related industry preferred.Knowledge of cGMPs and FDA regulations as it pertains to document control.Communication Skills (Oral/Written) - able to speak clearly, concisely and accurately in order to ensure effective department operations, including ability to follow instructions.Computer Skills (Intermediate) MS Office: Word, Excel and OutlookDetail Oriented - pays close attention to detail, accuracy and completeness, double checking their work.Honesty/Integrity - follow through with company values and provide exceptional quality products.Safety Minded – follows/demonstrates awareness of all safety policies/procedures of self and others.Teamwork/Cooperation - ability to work well with others in a group and cooperates with others.Values Diversity and Ethics - serves with integrity and respect in interacting with different ethnic backgrounds, cultures, languages and values those differences.
