Scope

:

TTM Technologies is currently seeking a Senior Program Manager (PM) within our Aerospace and Defense Sector. The Program Manager will be responsible for executing critical strategic programs, while positioning the Company for long-term growth. The PM plans, directs, and coordinates activities to complete assigned projects that are of moderate complexity/value to ensure that projects are completed within prescribed contractual requirements, time frames, and funding parameters. The PM prepares proposals in response to requests for proposals (RFPs) that specify the statement of work to be accomplished and the contractual requirements that are received from potential customers. This role usually spans the entire scope of program execution, including but not limited to: fundamental program management tasks such as program planning, risk/opportunity management, cost/schedule integration using project planning techniques; the effective use of metrics to status program performance throughout the program lifecycle; and addressing technical, quality, and schedule issues on behalf of the customer.

This is a full-time position in which the candidate will be required to travel.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Work within a multidisciplinary team to ensure that TTM’s contractual commitments and technology maturation expectations are met and position TTM for year over year (YoY) program growth.Lead and participate in A&D strategy development, internal and external program reviews, market shaping and program development through direct customer engagement, proposal preparation, supplier management, and program management status reporting.Define program tasking/milestones and monitor adherence to program budgets, plans, and schedules.Manage and communicate financial, schedule, and technical performance for current and emerging opportunities.Coordinate full program lifecycle support. Champion and advance Product Life Cycle Management (PLCM) deployment across the A&D sector.Collaborate with the Sales, Business Development, and Operations teams at all levels to identify opportunities for improvement and actively lead the development and implementation of action plans to realize those opportunities.Prepare proposals in response to requests from customers that specify the statement of work to be accomplished and the contractual requirements that are received from potential customers or prepares unsolicited proposals based on an understanding of customer needs. This activity involves:Researching and developing the costs to complete the project based on interaction with all areas that would be involved in the project, such as Marketing, Engineering, Testing, Production Control, and others.Generating plans to establish time frames, negotiation limitations, project procedures, staffing requirements, and the allocation of available resources.Completing a financial analysis to support pricing and profitability objectives.Essential Knowledge and Skills

:

U.S. citizen with current security clearance or ability to obtain security clearance.Candidate must be a highly motivated, high performing leader with relevant Program Management experience and demonstrated ability to collaborate proactively within diverse teams as needed to support program performance execution.Ability to identify and address program impacts through a systematic, proactive, approach.Ability to address program uncertainty through an organized and analytical forward looking approach that identifies risks and opportunities, determines appropriate handling plans, and manages, controls, and communicates risks and opportunities throughout the lifecycle of the program.Ability to establish and apply a technical performance baseline to monitor and compare key program technical performance measures, assess program and product status, and take appropriate action to maintain conformance with the baseline.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including negotiation skills to adjudicate program status, issues and resolution plans across all major stakeholders including internal senior management, customers and major subcontractors.Proven experience with business financial and project management tools and procedures.Must be a highly organized and effective leader, communicator, decision maker and able to inspire teams to meet program objectives.Proven ability to quickly come up to speed on technical and management efforts currently underway.Experience establishing and maintaining good working relationships with all levels of the organization, including Government customers.Work collaboratively within a matrixed organization to ensure the program is properly resourced at all phases of the program with personnel that have the right skill sets and company values.Must be willing and able to travel.Experience:

7 years experience in engineering program management with 5 years of management experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.Education:

Required: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Math or Business from a four-year college or university.

Desired: Master’s Degree in Engineering, Science, Math or Business.

Compensation and Benefits:

Compensation ranges for roles at TTM Technologies varies depending on a wide array of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At TTM Technologies, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on each individual set of circumstances. A reasonable estimate of the current range is:

$106,662 - $187,578.

Additional compensation: An annual or quarterly company bonus may apply based on position assignment. Positions hired for alternative shift may be eligible for a shift premium based on the assigned shift and location.

Must comply with TTM Export Control Policies and Procedures and all applicable laws including ITAR, EAR and OFAC including but not limited to: a) being able to identify ITAR product on the manufacturing floor and understand that access to these products and related technical data is restricted to only US Citizens and US Permanent Residents; b) recognition of Foreign Person visitors by badge differentiation; c) understand and follow authorization procedures for bringing foreign visitors into facilities (VAL); d) understand the Export and ITAR requirements for shipments leaving the US; e) manage vendor approvals for ITAR manufacturing and services.
