Planner/Scheduler
Location: ChicagoSalary: $Excellent + Visa + BenefitsOur client is a leading Tier 1 American Main Contractor (turnover circa $1Bn). They have an urgent requirement for a Planner/Scheduler to work within their busy Data Centre division based in Chicago, overseeing projects to $100m ++ Nationwide across the States.Responsibilities:
Involved in the Planning of projects, responsible for reading and understanding bid documents (schedule-related contractual requirements, drawings, and specifications).Identify unplanned events (new changes/unforeseen conditions) and incorporate their impacts into the schedule.Develop as-built versus as-planned schedules to provide a manageable “snapshot” comparison of the project schedule.Responsible for working with the project team to create the Baseline Schedule.Report on the status of active projects assigned to you and generate specific reports for project teams as needed.Attend and participate in internal project review meetings.Provide support to project teams by developing micro work schedules, what-if scenarios, Time-Impact-Analysis (TIA) schedules as required.If suitable for this role, please apply online or send CV to
