Planner/Scheduler
Location: ChicagoSalary: $Excellent + Visa + BenefitsOur client is a leading Tier 1 American Main Contractor (turnover circa $1Bn). They have an urgent requirement for a Planner/Scheduler to work within their busy Data Centre division based in Chicago, overseeing projects up to $100m Nationwide across the States.Responsibilities:
Utilize Primavera P6 for project planning.Read and understand bid documents, including schedule-related contractual requirements, drawings, and specifications.Identify unplanned events (new changes/unforeseen conditions) and incorporate their impacts into the schedule.Develop as-built versus as-planned schedules to provide a manageable “snapshot” comparison of the project schedule.Create the Baseline Schedule in collaboration with the project team.Report on the status of active projects assigned to you, and generate specific reports for project teams as needed.Attend and participate in internal project review meetings.Provide support to project teams by developing micro work schedules and conducting Time-Impact-Analysis (TIA) schedules as required.If suitable for this role, please apply online or send your CV to
