We are seeking a Staff Specialist to join our Facilities Management team. This position is critical in supporting the increased volume of maintenance requests across the University & Health System, including plumbing, HVAC, electrical, landscape, pest control, and sanitation and recycling needs. The Staff Specialist will field maintenance requests, create work orders, forward them to the appropriate trades, and process orders as necessary. The role involves handling up to 300 calls daily within a team of three and using the Hexagon EAM work order management system.Hard Skills
