DescriptionNextworld, named #1 “Best Place to Work” in 2020, 2021, 2022, and 2023 by the Denver Business Journal, is a high-growth software development company based in the Denver Tech Center.We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Manager, Revenue Operations to lead our revenue operations function. This role will be essential in optimizing our revenue processes, ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting, and managing CRM and marketing automation systems. Reporting to the SVP of Revenue Operations and Marketing, the ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in revenue operations, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record of driving efficiency and growth.Key Responsibilities:Forecasting and Reporting:

Develop and oversee the creation of comprehensive executive dashboards to monitor revenue performance and key business metrics.Ensure accurate and timely forecasting by analyzing trends, market conditions, and business performance.Prepare and present detailed reports to senior leadership, offering insights and recommendations to drive strategic decisions.

CRM/Marketing Automation Administration and Project Management:

Administer and optimize CRM and marketing automation platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) to ensure data integrity, compliance, and system efficiency.Lead projects related to system upgrades, integrations, and process improvements.Collaborate with IT and other departments to address and resolve system issues, ensuring smooth and effective operations.

Variable Compensation Plan Administration:

Oversee the design, implementation, and management of variable compensation plans for sales and revenue teams.Work closely with Finance and HR to ensure compensation plans align with business goals and are communicated effectively to employees.Analyze compensation metrics to evaluate the effectiveness and impact of compensation strategies, making recommendations for adjustments, as needed.

Deal Desk Management:

Direct the Deal Desk function, supporting the sales team in structuring deals, setting pricing strategies, and negotiating contracts.Ensure compliance with company policies and pricing guidelines, facilitating efficient deal approval and closure processes.Provide strategic guidance and support to sales teams on complex deals and contract negotiations.

RequirementsQualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field, or combination of education and equivalent work experience. An MBA or advanced degree is preferred.8+ years' experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a related role, with a strong background in CRM and marketing automation systems.Proven expertise in Salesforce, HubSpot, and other relevant platforms.Demonstrated experience in forecasting, reporting, and executive dashboard development.Strong knowledge of variable compensation plan design and administration.Extensive experience in managing deal desk functions and supporting sales teams.Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work cross-functionally with diverse teams and influence senior stakeholders.Strong communication skills and the ability to present complex information clearly and effectively.Position located in Greenwood Village, CO.
