What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):Manage all aspects of project management including scope definition, budget, schedule, procurement, quality, safety, risk mitigation, and stakeholder managementDevelop clear objectives, deliverables, and timelines to achieve project goalsInteract regularly with service lines and both internal and external stakeholders to ensure project successImplement action plans to address variances and align with client and project team needsOversee the preparation of accurate and timely project reports
What is Required (Qualifications):8-10+ years of construction project management experience, preferably in healthcare projectsBachelor's degree in a related field such as Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or ArchitectureStrong project management skills with a proven track record in construction projectsProficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Word, Project, PowerPoint, and VisioStrong communication skills, both written and oral
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):Project Management Professional (PMP) certificationCertified Construction Manager (CCM) certificationExperience managing indirect teams at various organizational levelsKnowledge of process improvement methodologies and change managementAbility to create and deliver executive-level presentations
