What is Required (Qualifications):8-10+ years of construction project management experience, preferably in healthcare projectsBachelor's degree in a related engineering field, Construction Management, Facilities Management, Architecture, or related fieldStrong project management experience with a proven track record in construction projectsExpertise in Microsoft Office Tools (Excel, Word, Project, PowerPoint, Visio)Ability to understand complex business problems and develop supportive programs
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):Project Management Professional (PMP) certificationCertified Construction Manager (CCM) certificationExperience managing indirect teams across various organizational levelsKnowledge of process improvement methodologies and change managementStrong executive presence with experience in delivering executive-level presentations
