Providing cradle-to-grave prime contract and subcontract administration primarily under federal government contractsWorking directly with clients, as well as ERG technical and accounting staff, to provide integrated contract and subcontract administration supportEnsuring compliance with contract terms and conditionsPreparing and developing detailed cost and pricing proposals, including profitability analysisManaging the subcontractor process from issuing requests for proposals to closeoutMaintaining organized files, tracking spreadsheets, and responding to audit requestsDrafting and negotiating Subcontracts, Non-Disclosure, and Teaming AgreementsImplementing company purchasing system policies and proceduresQualifications and Skills:

BA/BS preferred, with a minimum of 5 years experience administering federal contractsExperience with any of the following is a plus: GSA Multiple Award Schedules (especially professional services), US EPA contracting, and/or DoD contractingCommercial and state contracting experience a plusExperience with preparing, issuing, and negotiating subcontract agreementsProficiency in Excel, Word, and AdobeWorking knowledge of FARExperience with Cost-Plus-Fixed Fee, T&M, Fixed Price, and hybrid-type contractsExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsERG offers competitive salaries and excellent benefits, including health and dental insurance, life insurance, long-term disability, educational benefits, FSAs, a generous 401k plan, profit sharing, an EAP, 11-20 paid vacation days per year, 10 paid holidays per year, 56 hours or more of sick leave (based on the state you work in) per year (pro-rated for part-time) and more.
