https://www.jnj.com/ .Enterprise Quality is a comprehensive organization within J&J that focuses on ensuring the highest standards of quality & compliance. It encompasses a Quality Operations division that handles Computer System Validation (CSV), QMS Management, and Commercial Quality Shared Services, including specialized support for Transportation Operations and Temperature Control. Additionally, it includes a Transformation Office dedicated to steering strategic imperatives and enhancing the Quality & Compliance organization's strategy through initiatives like Data Strategy, Automated Product Release, and Digitalization of Quality Management Systems. The group further comprises a Data & Digital Strategy function tasked with developing and executing a holistic digital and data strategy to improve quality and compliance, covering areas such as Data Foundations, AI/ML & IoT technologies, Quality & Compliance Innovation, and Digital Assets validation.The Manager of Technology Operations operates as a close partner to the Senior Director, Technology Operations & Analytics by supporting operations across the team, supporting communication activities and managing strategic financial activities within Quality Operations. The Manager of Technology Operations will:Ensure efficiency and effectiveness in delivering Quality Operations by providing support across Technology Operations & Analytics functions.Deliver EQ communication services to support internal communication (e.g., newsletter).Identify areas for support and process improvement within the Technology Operations & Analytics team and implement best practices in collaboration with team members.Cultivate a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the Technology Operations team.Serve as the primary point of contact for communication activities within Quality Operations.Act as a trusted partner across the EQ organization, collaborating effectively with senior leadership and making recommendations for improvements relevant to senior level stakeholders.Develop and maintain an effective working partnership with senior management, business partners and key stakeholders.Collaborate with other leaders and staff within Quality Operations group to ensure each function is executed in an efficient manner.Ensure timely reports of status, metrics and time sheets as required by the Quality Operations organization.Ensure timely completion of assigned training and expense reports.Qualifications:Required:A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or other related field required.A minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in the pharmaceutical/med device/biotech industry.A minimum of 3 years of experience with direct experience in stakeholder management.Advanced problem-solving skills to assist in maintaining project progress and on design issues.Excellent intellect, strategic and big picture thinking ability, complemented by operational and business planning orientation.Must have the ability to perform work with a high degree of independence in terms of self-management of a large variety of tasks and initiatives regarding Quality.Financial acumen, understands how services contribute to cost, and/or revenue.Demonstrated ability to independently develop and drive implementation of global internal marketing and communications campaigns with measurable change management results, which drives excitement, engagement, and participation.Passion for using internal marketing as a motivation to accelerate customer experience.Experience developing professional communications content (presentation, social media, website, etc.) and integrating technology to drive broad reach and diverse connection points.Outstanding executive presence, communication and facilitation skills to senior leadership.Strong Decision-Making abilities, required to make decisions on technical and management issues.Excellent listening and analytical skills.Ability to understand businesses process quickly.Strong project management, planning and organization skills from planning to implementation are required.Strong Critical Analysis and decision-making skills.Strong Customer Centric mindset, understands one’s stakeholders and their needs and priorities and can drive service excellence by focusing on customer value.Strong level of proactivity and resourcefulness to solve problems.Ability to team with others and drive towards a common goal.Sets clear performance standards and drives to results.Works effectively in a virtual team environment.In-depth industry related knowledge – Quality Systems best practices and policies is required.Familiarity and awareness of cybersecurity and privacy principles and implications for quality and risk management.Preferred:Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar.Knowledge in compliance with quality standards (i.e., GMP, ISO regulations) is preferable.Experience with SDLC, GAMP 5, and ITIL frameworks is highly desirable.Knowledge of SDLC Quality Management process and Computerized System Validation principles a plus.Knowledge of Data and Analytics skills to pro-actively identify risks a plus.Work experience in a complex stakeholder landscape is a plus.Experience in managing learning and development programs including instructional design is preferred.The base pay range for this position is $99,000 - $170,200.This job posting is anticipated to close on
