If so then join our EII Project Delivery team as our new Assistant Project Manager and work with us to close the gap to a sustainable future for yourself and our environment.Your new roleAs our new Assistant Project Manager, we invite you to bring your experience and education into play as you assist the Project Manager in managing the life cycle of fast paced Engineer-Procure-Construct (EPC) projects while developing your skill as a future PM.Your key responsibilities will be:Assist Project Manager in all phases and aspects of the project and has responsibility in overall project management and oversight.This includes scope, schedule, and budget, as required to optimize client service and project profitability.Risk Management activities, including working within the guidance of Ramboll’s Project Model to assist project leadership in completing project level ratings and assessments as well as following up on required approvals.Interfacing with the legal department to ensure Agreements and other contractual documents are thoroughly reviewed and any comments are adjudicated with the PM team and the client for execution.Developing and coordinating subcontract agreements, as required, in accordance with Ramboll’s standard template.Leading review of technical progress against scope, schedule, and project finances.Specifically helps facilitate the activities of the Program Manager, Project Managers, and other members of project teams to ensure efficient project delivery.Assist with procurement of EPC contracts including bidding, scoping, and execution.Assist in tracking budget delivery, scheduling, change orders, and purchase agreements.Assists Project Manager and schedulers to manage and update project schedules.Participates in pre-construction meetings, coordinates subcontractors and vendors, coordinates permit inspections.Manage various forms of project documentation including submittals, RFIs, project meeting minutes, construction documents, contractual obligations, delivery and permits.Estimate, prepare and negotiate Change Orders.Write subcontractor Change Orders.Complete other responsibilities as assigned.About YouFrom the moment you start at Ramboll, we will support your personal and professional development so that you can continue to grow with the company.
