If so, then join our EII Project Delivery team as our new Assistant Project Manager and work with us to close the gap to a sustainable future for yourself and our environment.Your new roleAs our new Assistant Project Manager, we invite you to bring your experience and education into play as you assist the Project Manager in managing the life cycle of fast-paced Engineer-Procure-Construct (EPC) projects while developing your skill as a future PM.Key Responsibilities:Assist Project Manager in all phases and aspects of the project, including scope, schedule, and budget, to optimize client service and project profitability.Participate in Risk Management activities, assisting project leadership in completing project level ratings and assessments.Interface with the legal department to ensure Agreements and other contractual documents are thoroughly reviewed.Develop and coordinate subcontract agreements in accordance with Ramboll’s standard template.Lead review of technical progress against scope, schedule, and project finances.Facilitate the activities of the Program Manager, Project Managers, and other team members to ensure efficient project delivery.Assist with procurement of EPC contracts including bidding, scoping, and execution.Track budget delivery, scheduling, change orders, and purchase agreements.Assist in managing and updating project schedules with the Project Manager and schedulers.Participate in pre-construction meetings and coordinate subcontractors and vendors.Manage project documentation including submittals, RFIs, project meeting minutes, and permits.Estimate, prepare, and negotiate Change Orders.Complete other responsibilities as assigned.About youTo succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications and skills:4+ years of experience in the EPC industry.Bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction management.Ability to communicate effectively with various team members.Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.A result-driven team player with a “Can Do” attitude.Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and project requirements.Willingness to travel and reside on-site as required.What we can offer youInvestment in your developmentSupportive leadership guided by our Leadership PrinciplesA diverse and inspiring work environmentThe opportunity to contribute to sustainable changeReady to join us?Please submit your application, including your CV and cover letter.
