Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:Oversee and lead the Front Office and Housekeeping teams.Ensure an excellent guest experience by maintaining efficiency and guest focus in all operations.Implement operational procedures and standards to optimize the quality of service.Monitor the hotel's occupancy rate and make strategic decisions to maximize revenue.Analyze guest satisfaction and feedback and take action to implement improvements.Coordinate staff planning, recruitment, and training of the team.Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene regulations.Prepare budgets for the relevant departments and oversee cost management.Work closely with other departments to improve and optimize the overall hotel operation.QualificationsExperience in a similar management role within the hospitality industry.Strong leadership skills and experience in managing teams.Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.Results-oriented, with attention to detail and customer focus.Good knowledge of hotel management systems.Flexible, stress-resistant, and able to multitask effectively in a dynamic environment.
