Organization:To provide service and support to the education staff with the overall responsibility of maintaining a high level of professionalism in record keeping, data entry, and student testing. Assisting in effectively meeting the program outcome measurements. To provide information about NexStep Alliance to the public. Other assigned functions as deemed necessary by the Program Coordinator. To fulfill mission statement.Summary/Objective:To provide service and support to the NexStep staff and students with the overall responsibility of maintaining a high level of professionalism in record keeping, data entry, and student testing. To facilitate student intake and enrollment. To assist in effectively meeting the program outcome measurements. To provide information about NexStep Alliance to the public. Other assigned functions as deemed necessary by the NexStep Director. To fulfill mission statement.Job Proficiencies:Organization, Ethics and Trust, Judgment and Problem Solving, Oral Communications, Written Communications, Inter-Personal Communications, Cooperation, Credibility, Customer Service Orientation, Integrity, Initiative, Time management and job knowledge, Quality, Teamwork, Accuracy, Adaptability, Dependability, Clerical, Motivating People, Safety and Security.Job Competencies:Ability to effectively communicate and assist education staff, students, parents, and applicants on the telephone and/or in person. Able to perform intakes process for enrollment. Maintenance of all records and files as required. Proficient Microsoft Excel and data entry skills. Pass the Pearson Vue test certification within three months and able to maintain certification annually.Education/Qualifications:High School Diploma, some college preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Office, experience with Excel and Word documents. MOS certified a plus.Experience/Special Skills & Knowledge:Customer service experience. Computer and typing experience.
