Support the administrative portion of onboarding for all LTYC staff including but not limited to ID, Shirt retrieval, etc. (as needed).Support with the compliance of all organizational and personnel files.Ensure the quality and consistency of instruction, staff, and programmatic quality across sites by performing on-site visits, and addressing any operational issues.Monitors LTYC classrooms through on-site visits for cleanliness, physical condition, and safety matters.Help to coordinate meetings on behalf of the Director of Operations.Communicate effectively with students, instructors, families, and community partners.Support the programming team with the coordination of workshops, field trips, showcases, etc.Instruct classes (as needed in on-call emergencies).Attend all mandatory in-person trainings and meetings.Perform tasks as needed and expressed by the Director of Operations.Qualifications

A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.At least 3 years of broad operations-related experience.Demonstrated leadership and vision in managing staff groups and major projects or initiatives.Demonstrated knowledge of public school systems, specifically K-8.Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.Demonstrated leadership ability, team management, and interpersonal skills.Compensation

Since its inception in 2004, LTYC has continuously expanded its programming, geographic outreach, and calendar, expanding stronger relationships among schools, students, families, and the community.LTYC has been able to impact the lives of more than 160,000 students, ranging from grades K-12. Many of our students come from schools in Baltimore City and surrounding areas that are in dire need of arts education and behavioral intervention. Our arts education instruction includes dance, theater, music, visual arts, media arts, creative writing, STEAM, culinary arts, Yoga, martial arts, and gardening.
