We pride ourselves on being the partner of choice for our internal and external customers.What You Will DoDeliver weekly master schedules to meet customer and business needsManage supply planning in RapidResponse with input from Regional Supply Planning and Plant OperationsTranslate RapidResponse output into actionable production schedules with finite schedulersLead the Sales and Operations Execution (S&OE) processDevelop and manage inventory strategies based on demand patterns, strategy, and customer contractsAlign inventory levels with warehouse capacity by partnering with Warehouse ManagersMaintain dock capacities for the monthly plan with Shipping ManagersOversee health of inventory to ensure responsible management of working capital invested and to prevent loss through obsolescenceCollaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve desired outcomesTravel domestically up to 10% between plant locations of responsibilityWho You Are (Basic Qualifications)Prior planning and/or finite scheduling experienceExperience making data-based business decisions and recommendationsProficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs and present information graphically)What Will Put You AheadAPICS certificationKinaxis Rapid Response or experience with another integrated business planning toolInfor M3 or other Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems experienceBachelor's Degree in Supply Chain ManagementThis role is not eligible for sponsorship.Hiring PhilosophyAll Koch companies value diversity of thought, perspectives, aptitudes, experiences, and backgrounds.
