Join our world-class team today!Position Specific DescriptionThe Operational Analytics Supervisor will focus on overseeing a team of analysts responsible for the performance analysis and reporting of wind and solar plant operations. The team, comprised of engineers/analysts, is responsible for applying advanced scientific methodologies to production data to aid in determination of root cause analysis of sub-optimal performance. The candidate achieves successful results by effectively applying analytical solutions, understanding results, and articulating results to other business units. This position also commonly provides reports and status updates to executive management through various risk vetting and operational committees.Job Duties & Responsibilities

Coaching, developing, and directing technical engineers to achieve business needsCommunicating problems or issues in asset performance to upper management and recommending solutionsAdapting existing processes to support the changing business environment and technological advancementsManaging the gross generation performance budget for both NEER and FPL wind, solar, and storage fleetAdvocating for the development of new tools and analytical processes that support the successful growth of the businessManaging customer interactions and ensuring excellent responsiveness to customer inquiries or requestsPerforms other job-related duties as assignedRequired Qualifications
