Bachelor’s degree requiredExperience with content management systemsMinimum of 3 years of experience, including 2 years with product management or content management responsibilitiesTravel estimated at 15% (can be up to 1-5 days or more in a month, including weekends, depending upon scheduling requirements)The individual selected for this position must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license and be able to navigate areas of the country or abroad by using a map or other direction methodsAbility to travel by car, airplane or other modes of transportation requiredResponsibilities

Seize the opportunity to actively contribute to decisions that directly influence youth and play a pivotal role in driving significant advancementsThe role of the Director, Digital Product Management is within a dynamic team dedicated to delivering impactful and top-notch technologies that assist Boys & Girls Clubs professionals in executing youth programsThis team will formulate and execute a strategy for the Youth Development digital product portfolio, creating customer-facing product roadmaps to align with Boys & Girls Clubs's objectivesImplement a digital engagement strategy for program leaders and youth development professionals in Boys & Girls ClubsPartner in developing a customer-focused vision, strategy and plan for aligning digital assets to enable Club staff to deliver upon program quality and an increased number of youth servedPartner in developing and driving product roadmaps across digital products; drive roadmap development and implementation for specific productsManage vendor relationships; assume SCRUM role of Product Owner for products that have active developmentLead Product DevelopmentCollaborate with internal stakeholders to identify gaps, needs and other opportunities to enhance existing digital products; add and prioritize product roadmap itemsConsult with internal team members regarding the creation of new digital products and servicesProvide trainings and consultation to local Clubs when subject matter expertise is neededConduct user focus groups with Club staff as needed to ensure a customer-centric focusCollaborate with Marketing & Communications to ensure all digital content is within brand guidelinesTroubleshoot and work with IT and vendors to ensure timely resolution to technology bugsConduct regular quality assurance checks on digital products to ensure ease of use for ClubsSustain business operations for all Youth Development team digital products and servicesContribute to developing a measurement dashboard for product reporting; manage dashboard metrics and ensure alignment with priorities and annual reporting processCollect and analyze data related to demand for digital products by and for Club staffImplement governance for how digital products are created, launched and monitoredCollaborate with team members to evaluate and prioritize product development, based upon strategy priorities, resourcing, funding and other factorsServe as a productive and collaborative member of the Youth Development teamConduct and/or participate in state, regional, and national staff meetings and conferencesLead special projects or national assignments as requiredDemonstrate at the highest levels, BGCA mission-driven core values of integrity, collaboration, accountability, respect and excellenceAdhere to organizational policies and procedures as described in BGCA’s Employee Handbook, Ethics Policy and elsewhereMay supervise the work of interns or temporary employees
