We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Analyst to join our finance team supporting all SH franchises. This role plays a crucial part in operational support to implement and optimize analytics and reporting tools across the organization.What You’ll Work OnData Tools Implementation:Partner with Field Finance Officers (FFOs) to implement and maintain data tools and reporting.Collaborate with Global Marketing PBI team to rationalize reporting and enhance Power BI reports.Reporting and Analytics:Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations using various tools (e.g., Power BI, Excel, Tableau, Looker).Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics.Maintain and track sales performance against targets using sales pacing reports.Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.Provide data-driven recommendations to support business decisions.Continuous Improvement:Stay updated with the latest BI and sales operations trends and technologies.Continuously improve data processes and methodologies.Implement feedback loops to refine and enhance processes.Required Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years of professional experience in sales/commercial-focused financial planning and analysis, sales operations, sales strategy, or other related field.Preferred Qualifications:Professional experience in Medical Device/Technology strongly preferred.Ability to quickly and effectively analyze data and extract trends.Strong quantitative abilities and experience in data management.Demonstrated organizational skills and ability to handle multiple projects.Experience working in a broader enterprise/cross-division business unit model preferred.Flexibility to travel approximately 15%.Apply NowAbbott is an Equal Opportunity Employer, committed to employee diversity.The base pay for this position is:
